Saurabh Kansal

Saurabh Kansal is a distinguished advocate with an impressive academic and professional background, including degrees in Commerce (B.Com.), Law (LL.B.), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Delhi University, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution. His legal career is marked by regular appearances in the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court, and various other High Courts across India, focusing on criminal law.

Early in his career, Mr. Kansal contributed to the legal profession as a law researcher for the Hon'ble High Court, providing invaluable assistance to the bench. This experience laid the foundation for his commitment to supporting the judiciary and legislature in developing and refining legal principles.

Mr. Kansal is the founder of P & S Associates, a law firm recognized for its excellence in the legal field. This recognition includes receiving the prestigious' National Law Day Award' from the International Council of Jurists, London, highlighting his and his firm's significant contributions to law. His dedication to the legal profession and his passion for justice are evident in his work and achievements.

Vageshwari Deswal

Prof. (Dr) Vageshwari Deswal is a distinguished law professor at the University of Delhi. Specializing in criminal law and gender justice, Dr Deswal's multifaceted career encompasses roles as an academic, author, feminist, newspaper columnist, and activist.

She is celebrated for her insightful contributions to academic scholarship and active involvement in addressing societal challenges. Shruti Goyal

Dr Shruti Goyal, Associate Professor of Law at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, has been a part of the faculty since 2010, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. She holds a PhD in Law from the same university, where her research focused on 'White Collar Crimes: An Analytical Study'. Dr Goyal is also a recognized solicitor in the Society of England and Wales and a life member of the Indian Society of Criminology.

Dr Goyal has made significant contributions to legal scholarship, with over 40 publications in her name, including research papers, journal articles, and book chapters. She has developed MOOCs for postgraduate legal education under e-PG Pathshala and has led a significant research project on Human Rights funded by the National Human Rights Commission. As a sought-after speaker, she has delivered over forty guest lectures, supervised numerous students at both masters and undergraduate levels, and served as an executive editor for the Journal of Victimology and Victim Justice.

Active in legal and academic circles, Dr Goyal chairs international and national seminar sessions, contribute to the District Legal Services Authority in Patiala, and participates in various capacities at the Centre for Criminology, Criminal Justice, and Victimology at RGNUL. Her research interests include white-collar crimes, procedural criminal law, forensic science, and transnational organized crimes, highlighting her commitment to advancing legal education and advocacy.
