The contents of the book on ‘Advanced Bank Management’ are aptly divided into four modules constituting the core pillars of professional knowledge on the subject, namely:

The third module on Credit Management deals with various financial ratios that a banker must know while appraising any credit request – be it a project loan, or a working capital facility. It further covers the rules and regulations covering consortium financing, the methods of credit monitoring and ways of tackling the stressed loans, credit control and monitoring, risk management and credit rating, restructuring /rehabilitation and recovery, framework for management of stressed assets, resolution of stressed assets under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, etc.

The new module on Compliance in Banks & Corporate Governance covers important aspects of compliance and compliance function in banks, compliance governance structure, framework for identification of compliance issues and compliance risks, compliance culture and GRC framework and fraud and vigilance in banks.
