The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act, 2013) has been passed by the Parliament. The present book explains the provisions of the POSH Act, 2013 in simple language for understanding the provisions by company executives as well as law professionals and students. A short commentary on the rape law in India is also given in the book. Also included in the Book are the amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code and the Indian Penal Code.
