This is a book on Law of execution of orders & Decrees by P. K. Majumdar, R. P. Kataria. The Word "Execution" signifies in law the obtaining of actual possession of anything acquired by judgement of law or by a fine executorily levied. "Execution" also means completion of an act under the authority of court. The enforcement or Effectuation of the judgements or order of a Court is also called execution . The Word "execution" itself means the act done under an order or decreee of execution and not the order of decree itself. Execution of Decree  Primarily deals with enforcement of or giving the effect to the judgements, decrees or orders of he court.
