About the Book :
|
On entering the legal profession in the late 1960s, the author noted the deficiency related to interpretation of succession laws in India and decided to dedicate his efforts in this direction. Besides other various contributions, he had the privilege to write a compact book for the readers in the form of a guide, which was published in late 1990s. He was honoured by different forums from time to time and by honourable Chief Justice of India on Law Day in 2009. The present book with updated information is designed to ensure complete assistance to the learned readers for making/ writing a Will. Every effort has been made by the author to ensure that the 'common man' who requires clarity in dealing with the estate in his hands, gets complete support for discharging his social and legal obligations effectively. The sole mission of the author is to ensure complete satisfaction to the readers and eradicate all confusions related to the subject. A Will is an important document that enables an individual to rightfully leave his assets and wealth to whomsoever he chooses. Requirements for making the document authentic have been carefully mentioned in the book, so that no doubt remains in the mind of the reader while making a Will.
