About the Author:
David G. Evans has a law practice in Pittstown, New Jersey concentrating on drug-free workplace, drug testing, and substance abuse issues. He has authored many books on the legal aspects of substance abuse. Mr. Evans is the former Chairman of the Alcoholism Committee of the New Jersey Bar Association and of the Alcoholism and Drug Law Reform committee of the Individual Rights and Responsibilities Section of the American Bar Association.
