 About the Authors:

Anil Choudhary is a Partner at Finsec Law Advisors, Mumbai, a finance sector law firm. Anil has previously worked with several leading law firms in India and has substantial experience in securities transactions, including public offers and cross border listings. He holds a B.A. LLB. (Hons.) degree from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and an LLM degree from Harvard Law School. At HLS, his primary focus was on securities and finance regulation. He practices securities and investment laws in both transactional and advisory capacity. He is also qualified for the New York Bar.

Rajneesh Deka is an Associate at Finsec Law Advisors, Mumbai. His alma matter is National Law School of India University, Bangalore; from where he holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Degree. Rajneesh specialises in securities and investment regulation. His experience includes structuring and transactional advisory to corporates, intermediaries, stock and commodities exchanges, investment funds, and other regulated securities market participants.
