This small book "Art of Writing Judgments" had been thought of by me at the request of many concerned with the subject. Writing is an Art equally writing judgments is an art.

• In Part I apart from introduction, judgment on admissions, judgment and decree, pleadings, disposal of the suit at the  first hearing, issues, appeals to the Supreme Court, suits and appeals by indigent persons, first appeals, second appeals, appeals from orders, revisions, review and different aspects concerned with judgment writing in civil matters had been dealt with in a systemactic way. This part may be a good Guide for all those concerned with judgment writing in civil matters.
• In Part II the relevant provisions of the Criminal Major Acts, Cr. P.C., 1973, IPC, Indian Evidence Act had been arranged in a systematic manner. There are several legislations dealing with offences and penalties both Central and State legislations by the respective States.
